Guidelines & Policies
I ask to please give a 48 Hour notice when canceling any appointment. If you cancel any appointment with less than 24 hours notice, an invoice of $50 will be sent to your email on file. This will need to be paid in full before we can re book you.
No Show Policy
If you cancel an appointment day of or miss an appointment without giving notice, That will require a payment of 50% of the services you missed before scheduling your next service. This will be sent as an invoice to the email on file.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I have the authority to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment to a better suited time. Please understand that those 15 minutes will make a difference, and it will affect my entire day. If there is no communication from the client to me about being late, after 15 minutes, the appointment is a no show.
- If you are 10 minutes + late for your appointment, please know if we continue with the service there will be a late fee will be added to your end service total.
I respectfully ask to only bring children along if they themselves are having a service done. I love kids & I love my clients children but it can be very difficult for me to do my job if there are children that cannot be accurately watched. I work with many chemicals, sharp objects & hot tools & I would hate for one of your curious little ones to be hurt! Thanks for understanding!
I always want you to love your hair! If you are ever dissatisfied with a service, please let me know within 7 days and I am happy to reconsult with you and make a change if need be.
After 7 days all services are final & there will be a charge for any change in service.
Just a Note
My booking system does keep track of all client cancellation & no shows. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is missed, and clients on my waiting list miss the chance to receive services. Appointment confirmations are sent out 48 hours in advance for your convenience.
